- Always get the same amount of sleep. Inconsistent sleep patterns can cause stress, fatigue and anxiety, all common causes of headache.
- Eat at regular intervals of 3 to 4 hours. Drink fluids, preferably water, regularly.
- Walk or do some aerobic exercise 46 to 60 minutes daily within the same time range.
Tips for muscle pain
Stretch before and after physical activity. Massage the affected area, mainly with a kinesiologist. Rest, put in passive position the muscles affected by the pain.
