Any interpretation and/or conflict related to all or part of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS set forth herein, or to VIVUNT’s compliance with them, shall be settled by the judicial courts of said jurisdiction. Furthermore, for the purposes set forth above, the laws of Chile shall be exclusively applicable, with the exclusion of any rule of its international law system and/or any other rule that refers to the application of any foreign law.
Should any clause of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
- Complementary Application of the Privacy Policies
